Summary:                    Selecting DHCP for eth0 still brings up settings for
gateway, DNS servers
Description: 
Using 014rc20070927:

1.  Run Installer
2.  On screen "Settings for network interface eth0", select the checkbox
"Automatic configuration via DHCP"
3.  press -> to go to the next screen
4.  Observe that Gateway IP and DNS settings are editable.

Ideally, this screen should be skipped outright, I would think.

I have now made general network options dynamic. Only showing it if we have
multiple interfaces or any interface is configured with static address. It
is also aware if the current gateway interface is configured with DHCP and
then disabling the fields for editing.
