Summary:                    KDesktop crashes at startup
Description: 
Snapshot version: GoboLinux-014pre20071017

Every time I try to boot LiveCD a get this crash (snapshot2.png). The
desktop remains black, however everything else seems to work as intended
(apps run and windows can be moved around).
Also, on one attempt I got somewhat another error message (snapshot1.png),
but it seems to be related.

P.S. while relevant to this issue, "snapshot3.png" may lead us to even
another bug lurking around.
