Fixed by upgrading Scripts to SVN version as well.
Understood that running SVN versions means cutting-edge/user-beware, but
since these versions are automatically offered by Compile:
* Is there a way to block SVN/CVS versions from Compile? Something in
Settings/Compile.conf?
* The SVN Compile should probably have a Dependency on SVN Script in this
case.

Compile and Scripts should primarily be installed by InstallPackage. Using
Compile to intall those is only for the users who want to use an svn
snapshot.
That said I set "Scripts >= 2.8.5" in Compile's Dependencies, so unless
one is using an svn snapshot of Scripts installation will complain about
Scripts being to old. Thanks for the report.
