Hi,

CompileProgram has been considered deprecated for a while now -- all
it does can be done better with MakeRecipe and Compile. I think it's
about time to take it off the Scripts package and remove it from the
documentation as well. I briefly considered turning it into a wrapper
script that calls MakeRecipe and Compile, but I don't think this would
be very useful.

Ok to 'cvs remove'?
