[gobolinux-devel] Missing hint?

I tried to find a hint, but it seems like there is no "use default when  
current is missing". The hints "create" and "overwrite" both do the same  
thing and "skip" does nothing. I'd like "create" not to overwrite if the  
file already exist, or have I missed something?
