[gobolinux-devel] CreateRootlessEnvironment missing dependencie

The wget dependency is being checked manually:

# Note: wget is not required when running on a GoboLinux box
if [ ! -e "/Programs/Scripts/Current" -a ! "`our_which wget`" ]
then
    echo "Please install wget in order to run this script."
    exit 1
fi

However, we can change it to simplify things, specially if you found a
situation on which the command has not succeed.
