The question of the Mozilla Firefox(tm) trademark seems to be very hot
topic atm. It seems like Debian are to move from the name Firefox
(http://www.internetnews.com/dev-news/article.php/3634591) and use some
other name:
"Debian developer Eric Dorland confirmed to internetnews.com that Debian
will re-name Firefox and that the re-naming process could be completed as
soon as next week."
I suggest that we wait for Debian to settle on something and that we
follow their lead. My guess is that more distributions will follow sooner
or later.
Another guess is that Mozilla Corp. is shooting itself in the foot with
this (I recall that once upon a time there was an X-server called XFree86,
but it seems to have vanished now).
