[gobolinux-devel] Patchs for: DisableProgram, RemoveProgram, GoboLinux

Here comes patchs to add support for detached programs:

Changes:

* Added some functions to GoboLinux:
	- UnlinkCurrent :: unlinks the current
	- UnlinkProgram :: Remove links for program
	- RemoveProgram :: Remove directories for program
	- IsDetached :: Tells if a program is detached

* DisableProgram have been modified to be similar to RemoveProgram

* RemoveProgram have been modified:
	- Added --follow option to force to remove detached programs.

* Both programs now can fix broken links: example, if you have a
detached program (under /Depot/Programs for example) with symlinks to
system but not linked into /Programs, DisableProgram and RemoveProgram
will delete symlinks from detached program (doesn't show any msg, just
Quiet).

* Removed the use of RemoveBroken to delete links, now is handed by
UnlinkProgram. This has been done due to with detached programs is not
possible to use that script.
