[gobolinux-devel] default Settings files that need certain permissions

Hmm.. when I found it, it referred to user "gobo", so it must have been 
modified sometime (?); and then I modified it some more so that it 
didn't refer to any particular super-user name.  What's the intended 
practice for what goes in programs' Resources/Defaults/Settings?
