[gobolinux-devel] libtrash environment fix

Compile gets confused by LibTrash, so I've added this in libtrash's
Environment:

  alias Compile='LD_PRELOAD="" Compile'
  alias InstallPackage='LD_PRELOAD="" InstallPackage'
  alias SymlinkProgram='LD_PRELOAD="" SymlinkProgram'

Also, it had the trash_on/trash_off aliases mixed up. updated recipe
sent to recipe-list...
