I'd be interested in having a sensible default shipped with the
recipe/package. If nothing else, it's easier for people (e.g. me) to
edit it than to learn to create one from scratch. If there's any
contention about which entries to include in the conf, just include
some that are commented out with a description so people can uncomment
to easily use them. The descriptive comments in yours are perfect.
