I think we used to have one, but we did a cleanup on the package store
when 013 arrived. There were so many broken packages there that we
started to populate it again with fresh ChrootCompile'd packages.
GnuPG 1.4.x was probably forgotten -- or it was intentionally left off
due to its wrong case on 013 - "Gnupg".

Anyway, we're really lacking a lot of packages in the store.. we need
to put more efforts on providing that.
