[gobolinux-devel] A2PS problems

I just installed A2PS from the latest recipe, and had these problems:

* There was no Settings! So I copied them from Resources/Defaults/Settings.

* One have to run the make_fonts_map.sh script in
/System/Links/Shared/a2ps/afm and replace the old fontmap file with the
newly created one.

* It complains that "libpaper" isn't a valid medium (even though I
installed libpaper first), I changed it to "A4dj" (which is what I've
seen foomatic-rip use, perhaps it should be just "A4" instead?)
