Yes, I don't see what the point is in having multiple squashfs images on a
CD.

How about appointing someone as release manager? It seems as though
currently everyone does a little here, a little there, without much
coordination, and releases are a matter of someone saying, "Well, I think we
could probably make a release now," rather than having a definite list of
objectives and deadlines.
Also, is it too late to get KDE 3.5.7 in, or would that cause too many
regressions?
