I agree with until this code enters Gobo repositories.  A bad-licensed snippet in the repository may generate a conundrum in the near/long future.  It is important that people agree on which license to use (right now it is GPL2+) when they contribute to Gobo, so that nothing turns into problem thereafter.

Anyway, the important thing in this thread is that contributors should ACK/NACK if they agree on the GPLing of their unlicensed/not-clearly-licensed contributions.
