Hmmm. Only guess I have if the partition is setup wierd. Maybe wipe
the MBR with dd and /dev/zero and repartition/format. There is also a
utility for Windows by HP that can help partition/format the stick for
you. Search "usb boot freedos" and you should be able to find it.
Will the stick boot on another machine.
