I've commited a new revision that sets PAMDIR=$settings_target/pam.d
instead, so that the cups pam.d file will be installed within the cups
/Programs directory. Thanks for the report.

I'm responsible for changing the default auth mechanism to PAM for
015, so I'm very interested in all issues regarding making PAM work.
