This should be the last of these ones. Does anybody have any comments
on the format or implementation? If not, I'll commit the first version
of the actual data tomorrow. After that, I'd like everyone running CVS
scripts who has commit access to update, run
`AugmentCommandNotFoundDatabase`, and commit if they have any
additions. (It will save into
/Programs/Scripts/Current/Data/CommandNotFound.py if it's writable;
give it a path on the command line to save into another tree, or
redirect stdout.)

We can also seed it from the package repository if people think it's
worthwhile. I'm not sure it'd add any more detail than we'd get from
doing it this way, though.
