With this change I think the issue with renaming/changing versions is
fixed. I didn't revert Hisham's commit, because I wanted comments on this
first, but I think there would be an issue (not with relocating runtime)
with signing and verifying tarballs, as those aren't unpacked into 
/Programs, and therefore one doesn't know the prefix. So using the path,
partly or full can break things.
If this is accepted I'll revert Hisham's commit and make a release. If
this is rejected, I'd love to have a new discussion about best approach,
then make a new release.
