[gobolinux-devel] Release candidate of tools

As promised here comes new releases of Compile and Scripts. Wice from
last time (when I didn't even follow my own principles) I made two
rc tarballs for you to try before I make the real versions. Please
give them a spin. I will wait for at least two "ok" before makeing a
release.
