[gobolinux-devel] gobo on Eee PC?

Has anyone tried installing and running gobolinux on an Asus Eee PC?
I just bought an Eee PC 900. It's very nice, but I'll probably want to
customize the included asus-xandros OS a lot, or install gobo. The only
thing I'm worried about is that they already made everything work out of
the box, hotplugging ethernet, wlan, webcam, automounting usb sticks,
etc.. and I'm not very interested in spending hours to get it all
working smoothly on my own.

But it would be interesting to know how they solved everything. For
example they don't seem to use HAL and dbus for automounting usb
storages. Also it boots *very* fast, just a few seconds. It would be
cool to create a superslim gobolinux for Eee PC. :)
