Please review this to see if I included anything I shouldn't, or
missed anything out. Also please apply any bugfixes you've made since
r2994 to the branch as well.

I applied a fairly rough "does this look like a bugfix or a feature"
heuristic, so I probably pushed some things the wrong way - there are
no changes at all to these files, despite changes in trunk:
bin/CheckDependencies
bin/FilterLines
bin/FindPackage
bin/GetAvailable
bin/GuessLatest
bin/RemoveBroken
lib/python2.3/site-packages/PythonUtils.patch

Generally, files were skipped when the changes seemed to be only for
coding standards or adding features (primarily useflags). CD and FP
had some possibly-bugfix-possibly-feature code in them that I wasn't
sure about, so another set of eyes would be helpful (for the rest too,
but especially those two).
