[gobolinux-users] Symlinking into /etc equivalent

To symlink things to /etc (aka /System/Settings), they should appear
in the folder /Programs/Printing/Settings/, rather than
/Programs/Printing/0.0.1/etc/.

The idea is that they are version-independent, so it's easy to keep
your old configurations when you upgrade.
