The problem is that lt-fc-cache is getting linked to your system's old
Fontconfig package, which doesn't have a symbol called
FcConfigNormalizeFontDir. As a workaround, you can temporarily move
your /Programs/Fontconfig somewhere else before calling Compile.
By the way, fc-cache tries to poke with /Users/<root|gobo>/.fonts, and
the installation will fail. Please use the attached recipe instead.
