[gobolinux-users] Udev 084 missing udevstart

When compiling Udev 084, udevstart is not built and task Udev fails. 
Where is udevstart?

I need to run kernel 2.6.15, and it does not have devfs anymore. I know 
near nothing about udev, and the Udev page on the wiki didn't help here 
as I'm using SATA and dev/sd* were not created (only experience with 
udev was with Busybox).
