Even though GoboLinux isn't aimed at beginners there's a big difference
for a computer illiterate to save as doc and rtf. Most of us can manage to
do it easy, but there are users that can't. For example at home I have
installed the OOo suite, but I have preconfigured my fiance's version to
always save as doc, as I would have got a phonecall per week where she
asks me why her document she wrote at home doesn't open in word at her
office. Most users just want something that works (tm) and OOo is better
at that than most smaller, open office suites.
I vote for keeping OOo.
