Not entirely true. There are users that download and burn the ISO and
then install it on a computer that have no or very slow access to the
internet. Then it's very nice to have OOo on the CD, so you don't have
to make a separate CD just for that.

I don't believe that users choose GoboLinux because of OOo, but I
think it is as you say, that users might avoid GoboLinux if it's not
distributed with OOo.
