For the "official ISO", I think functionality comes first. We can have 
~2GB of data using squashfs, so space is not really an issue.

OTH, download times could be an issue...

The question is: what do we gain in "dowload time" if we take OOo off 
the distro? Would that gain payoff the lost of a good (huge, slow, 
bloated, blah...) office suite?
