This type of footers make me laugh everytime I read one. How can
anyone make sure that I haven't read the mail and what could he/she do
if I've really read it? Is there _any_ law applicable? If you want to
protect any information you shoulc encrypt it somehow, not send it as
clear text on an open network where anyone can listen.
These type of notices are only applicable to the "good people".
Everyone with a wicked mind can do whatever he pleases with this
information.
