[gobolinux-users] Quick question on environment variables

Hi all,

Silly question :  Where are CFLAGS, and CXXFLAGS set?

I've searched all the usual sources, .zshrc, BootUp
scripts, Tasks, etc but couldn't find it.  I'd like to
get the arch =pentium4 for any better optimizations.
