Yes, there were changes on the Scripts and Compile world. Just issue
an 'InstallPackage Compile' and an 'InstallPackage Scripts'. Then do:
$ cd /Programs/Scripts/Settings
$ rm -rf Scripts
$ cp -a ../Current/Resources/Defaults/Settings/Scripts .
$ SymlinkProgram Scripts
This is just needed for those upgrading from the 012 scripts to a new
release. Further Scripts updates won't need these steps.
