Not necessarily 'the' answer, but /an/ answer, that works with  
Compile CVS as of 22:11 GMT, 20 May 2006, is

dir='amarok-1.4.0'

1.4.0a is Compiling now. An actually-working Recipe and package are  
forthcoming.
