InstallPackage Atool should be enough (assuming there is a Internet
connection available).
Here are some commands you can try to figure out where the problem is:
] FindPackage Atool
should print something like
http://kundor.org/gobo/packages/official/Atool--0.32.0--i686.tar.bz2
] GetAvailable --type=official_package
should print a lot of official packages available (~750 lines)
Is some of the commands above working?
As a workaround, you can run
] InstallPackage
http://kundor.org/gobo/packages/official/Atool--0.32.0--i686.tar.bz2
BTW, do you have wget installed?
