[gobolinux-users] Ruby and Rubygems

I used the /Files/RubyGems method a few years ago with good success.
Probably best to make a Gobo RubyGems package/recipe which would also
have a Resources/Environment which sets up PATH, GEM_HOME for
/Files/RubyGems.
