[gobolinux-users] Problem with the bug tracker

I visit http://bugs.gobolinux.org and select the link to report a new
bug.  On the resulting page, I select GoboLinux 013 from the select
project box, then press the submit button.  I get the same page back!

The address box is showing
http://bugs.gobolinux.org/login_select_proj_page.php?ref=bug_report_page.php
and the browser is an unbranded Firefox on Gobolinux.  Does this work
at all?  If so, what am I doing wrong?  If not, how can we report bugs?
