You set your window manager in .xinitrc/.xsession. If they're not
there, you can create them in your home directory. .xinitrc is run
when you run startx, .xsession by XDM/GDM/KDM.
>From the looks of the ConfigTools package I just downloaded, you
shouldn't need to use any of them, they look like they're for use in
the installer.
