Good :)

I'm not sure how to implement it in a clean way at this moment, but
it's something to consider.

I also think it would be ok to set some (big) timeout at default grub
menu. What other people think? (Just to clarify, I'm talking about
GoboLinux 014+ here).

This is the default KDM configuration. I think it is ok to keep it so.
Anyway, its easy to change this configuration accessing the kde menus.

In general, our packages keep much of the default behavior /
appearance of the original sources. I see two reasons here:
- Reducing the packages / recipes maintenance overhead, since each
small change has to be keep / updated and tested at each version bump
of the program;
- We do not intend to be as intrusive as other distros are, like that
one that spreads small (red) hat's icons all over the system.

Reason '1' is becoming weaker, since management of recipes is becoming
better and better. Not sure about reason '2' (there is no 'official'
GoboLinux policy about this). Probably changing the default image at
KDM would be cool and won't hurt.

OK.

Thanks :)
Actually, I could not update it much last months, so there may be
relevant bugs there. Scripts have changed during the mean time, and I
could not give Manager much testing. Please report bugs at
http://bugs.gobolinux.org/, and feel free to also report what could be
better.
If compared to the version shipped 012, yes, there were a lot of improvements.

Using Htop package as example, it seems easy to add a menu entry, by
using a Shared/applications/manager.desktop file. Probably I'll add it
soon. I think having it under 'System->' would be the correct place,
right?

Thanks for the report!
