That's already being done in Dependencies / BuildDependencies. Indeed
our GCC recipe doesn't have any references to BinUtils. Please report
if it needs a special version of that package so that we can update
the recipe later.
InstallPackage also respects packages listed in Dependencies, so all
the group is installed together -- unless you skip them, of course.
