You lack a gateway for addresses outside the range 82.144.172.*. Add one
by issuing 'gateway add default gw 82.144.172.1' at the command prompt.
This should be done automatically by the bootscripts. You might want to
check that you have the lines below present (and uncommented) in
/System/Settings/BootOptions:
Gateway=82.144.172.1
GatewayInterface=eth0
