You sound a bit surprised that it does. Why? :)
Personally, I also run Gobo virtualized, however I prefer VMWare Player +
www.easyvmx.com to do the job. Tried QEMU before but got issues with network
transparency.
All in all, I think it's not a bad idea to have Gobo running in a virtual
environment for now, taking into account the scope of innovations and the
sheer amount of pesky issues introduced by it.
