There are two bugs that contribute to this. First there's a bug in
Bootscripts that leaves files in /System/Variable/{run,lock}. This bug is
fixed in cvs so with next release (or if you want to try the cvs snapshot)
it will be fixed. The other bug is that the task in DHCPCD didn't remove
the pid-file before trying to start dhcpcd. Either you just run 'Compile
dhcpcd' to fetch and compile the latest revision of the recipe (which
include a new task) or, if you already have dhcpcd 2.0.0 you could just
get the new task by saving
http://svn.gobolinux.org/recipes/trunk/DHCPCD/2.0.0/Resources/Tasks/DHCPNetworkInterface
to /Programs/DHCPCD/Current/Resources/Tasks.
Any of the solutions above should fix the problem.
