VirtualBox and VMware both use a virtual partition stored as a file.
Does anyone know of VM software which will boot from a real partition,
that is, one which was not installed using virtualization software and
can boot on its own?  I know that you can install an OS using VMware
to a real partition, but it may not be able to boot on its own.
