It is Konsole, but I cannot find any configrator for it!

It is the application in KDE->System->More Applications->Terminal 
Program - Super User mode

There are two settings menus in the KDE menu one under all applications 
& one under actions!
None of the items under either shouts out to me Configure Konsole??

Konsole itself ast least as run in gobo has no menu bar of its own?

Any chance when your next in gobo you could be more specific?
