Yes, that is definitely a notable exception to the Gobo philosophy ;) 
Just to express my own opinion --- I don't think even the wallpaper
should be branded!  (And I don't think there are any icons other than
Manager's, which I assume comes with Manager?)  I know I'm probably in
the minority though, so don't mind me.
