[gobolinux-users] Locale for Glibc

Okay, I tried this. But it seems just strace threw me off.
But let's say I try to get a mp3-track of the fabulous page of badloop:
phed at Arjuna ~]wget -r badloop.com/possecrew/kipple
--19:42:21-- http://badloop.com/possecrew/kipple
=> `badloop.com/possecrew/kipple'
Resolving badloop.com... failed: No such file or directory.
FINISHED --19:42:21--
Downloaded: 0 bytes in 0 files
So in this exact case I tried putting in the IP, didn't get the error.
So I went in and specified the IP for a random page and did not get
the error.
So I wonder, how can a DNS resolve end up giving me "No such file or
directory."?
