Because pkg-config uses the .pc files and they almost always include references
to specific versions of applications. So when an application use 'pkg-config
--cflags foo' during build to have the same include paths as foo, foo might
have been built against an old version of Udev and therefore returns the path
to Udev 095 includes, even though that Udev 110 is current and 095 version is
even disabled.

Do we want to change these links to Current. I'm not certain...
