Have you tried to use the latest Nvidia drivers already? Latest
version, according to their home page, seems to be 100.14.19.

If that's the version you're using, downgrading the kernel will
require only that you modify the 'kernel' and 'System.map' symlinks at
/System/Kernel/Boot. Point them to the desired version and reboot.
