NewVersion is a command-line script that lets you generate a Recipe
for a new version of an application, if the most recent Recipe in the
Gobo store is out of date. For example, if KDE 3.5.7 came out
tomorrow, you could type:

NewVersion KDE-Base 3.5.7

This would create a Recipe based on the existing 3.5.5 one, so you
could `Compile KDE-Base` and start compiling 3.5.7 without having to
wait for someone to upload a new Recipe.
