Hi Lucas,

Are you sure this applies to me?  I am not using ChrootCompile.  I am
manually chrooting to "/home/zr20070220".  I then manually su to the
non-root user "zu20070220".  zu20070220 is not root and therefore
cannot call the Unix chroot function.  If you confirm that this still
applies to me then I will try it.

(Aside: zu20070220's $HOME is /home/zu20070220 both inside and outside
the chroot.  The only reason I setup up the chroot directory is
beacuse I was getting Compile failures and I wanted to isolate them.
But those particular compile failures were due to the ':' on the end
of C_INCLUDE_PATH.  At present, I'm not sure it makes any difference
whether I am inside or outside of the chroot.  I continue to Compile
inside the chroot just to be absolutely sure that Compile is not
getting confused by any of Gentoo's header files.)
