I use ghostscript rather than CUPS (I don't need CUPS's extra
features), but it is necessary to patch it with the file from
http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_driver.cgi?driver=gdi - if using
Compile, put the file into the Recipes/GhostScript/8.54 or similar,
then Compile should do the patching for you.

My lpr shell script should be in the list archive.
